Available Amenities

The Community Center is available to residents and their guests only and requires Resident ID Cards for access. All residents and guests are required to check in at the front desk when entering the Community Center. 

 

• The Fitness Center and Pool are open from 4:00 a.m.-9:30 p.m. daily

The Front Desk will have staff available daily for assistance from 8:00 a.m.-9:30 p.m. A guest fee ($5 per guest per day) applies to all non-residents.  A Resident must accompany their guest while utilizing the facilities. (All minor guests require resident adult supervision).

 

The fitness center at the Community Center is fully equipped to meet a variety of workout needs. It features a comprehensive range of equipment, including:

Cardio Machines: Stair-steppers, Ellipticals, Stationary Bikes, Recumbent Bikes, Cycling Bikes, Treadmills, and Rowing Machines.

Strength-Training Equipment: TRX Machine, Smith Machine, Stretching Machine, Stretching Cage, and a Selection of Miscellaneous Strength-Training Machines.
Free Weights and Accessories: Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettlebells, and Medicine Balls.
Functional Fitness Tools: Bosu Balls, Aerobic Steps, Yoga Mats, and Resistance Bands.

 

The conference room at the Community Center is available for rental by contacting or visiting the front desk. Designed to accommodate up to 8 people, the space features a large TV that can serve as a secondary screen via HDMI. Additionally, a conference phone and hardwired internet access are provided to meet your business or meeting needs.

 

Unwind in the Community Center's inviting, spacious lobby. This welcoming area features a grand fireplace, a large TV, ample comfortable seating, and stunning outdoor views through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. It's the perfect place to relax or connect with fellow residents.

 

The multipurpose room at the Community Center is a versatile space that hosts our fitness classes and programs. It’s also available for exclusive rental by residents, making it an ideal venue for private events, meetings, or special occasions.

 

Experience the beauty of the outdoors on the Event Lawn at the Community Center. Enjoy activities like ping pong and foosball on the covered patio, cozy up by the fire pit, or simply unwind in a comfortable chair while taking in the surroundings. The Event Lawn is also available for exclusive rental by residents, making it the perfect venue for your next gathering or celebration.

 

The Community Center's pool features a stunning beachfront entry with water features, gentle bubblers, and shallow areas designed for young children to enjoy safely. For your comfort, the pool deck is thoughtfully equipped with umbrellas, lounge chairs, and tables. Please note that inflatable rafts, tubes, and flotation devices are not permitted in the pool.

 

The park across from the Community Center is a family-friendly space with play equipment for kids, a basketball court, and a faux turf area. Parents can relax and watch their children from the conveniently located seating throughout the park.

 

The pavilion adjacent to the Sky Park is a covered ramada with two restrooms, 2 spacious tables, and 4 benches. Grass steps lead to a large lawn that offers ample room to play and views of the park. This inviting space is available for exclusive rental by residents, making it ideal for gatherings and special events.
