Confused about how to submit a design modification application? We're here to help! Before getting started, review the Design Guidelines to understand any limitations on modifications and ensure your project is compliant.
Be sure to submit well before you want to start your project. Applications must be approved before any work begins on changes to your home or landscaping. The management team and Board have up to 30 days to review your application and ensure it aligns with the design guidelines before approving or denying it.
If you have questions at any point while completing the application, email skycrossing@ccmcnet.com for assistance. If the application is incomplete, if there are questions, or if additional information is needed (such as photos), a team member will contact you.
